Participation Disclaimer and Waiver

It is the intention of any individual, on behalf of themselves and their minor child(ren), who enters the premises of Creative Worship Center (CWC) to specifically disclaim and waive all claims that may occur as a result of entering the premises or participating in services, events, interviews, prophetic experiences, or other experiences in connection with CWC or other affiliated groups, meetings, or rental spaces associated with the above.

Such disclaimer and waiver shall apply to claims related to physical contact, emotional or mental impact, and spoken or written details related to you or your minor child(ren) which may be revealed in a prophetic service. Excepted only from this disclaimer and waiver are occurrences which exist as a result of gross negligence and willful misconduct.

“Premises” as used in this disclaimer and waiver shall mean an individual’s and their accompanying minor child(ren)’s physical or digital presence at any of the CWC campuses, temporarily rented space, or remote location, and broadcasted interactions such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live, as well as rebroadcasts of physical or digital events.

All individuals, on behalf of themselves and their minor child(ren), hereby release any media claims related to the broadcast, rebroadcast, videography, and photography which may occur while such individuals are located on any CWC premises. No compensation will be owed by CWC or Rev. Dr. Cecelia GreeneBarr or any affiliated groups, entities, individuals, or organizations, as a result of such individuals; likeness or being in digital marketing or promotion of CWC services or activities, nor any entities which obtain such footage from publication for lawful purposes.
